Minimalist training program

If you only have a limited time to workout each week, but you still want to make gains and get stronger and be more functional, you absolutely can. This type of routine fits right into my philosophy of minimalism and efficiency. I think you should do as little in terms of training and exercise to get a result. And also eat as much as possible to still lose weight and look the way you want. So by doing the bench press and snatch grip high pull twice a week, focusing on your progression over time, you can do just that. These exercises hit all of your major muscle groups and by doing them twice a week, you can ensure that you do that with optimal frequency. This is also the best way for natural lifters to make gains because you are keeping your cortisol level low, while hitting the whole body which will result in more testosterone being released. So pick Monday and Friday for example, do reverse pyramid training for both movements. For bench press do 3 sets to all out failure, 1x5, 1x8, and 1x10. Then for high pull 1x3, 1x5, and 1x8. That will be enough to maintain gains while cutting or to help you make progress while maintaining your weight or being in a slight calorie surplus. Give this a try and let me know what you think. For best results give this program at least 3 months.
